A QUIET SPACE TO RETURN TO
Privacy
How member details, memorial applications, public dedications and shared chanting totals use your data.
Member accounts
We store your username, display name, email address, mobile number, nationality, country of residence/payment, and password hashes. Contact details are visible only to you and administrators, for memorial-place reviews and essential notices. They are not published or used for automatic marketing messages. Membership becomes active on registration without manual approval. Existing members can add or update their details after signing in. If you forget your password, you can request a single-use reset link at your registered email. The link expires after 30 minutes. Essential session cookies keep you signed in.
Memorials and public content
Memorial applications, the one-time sponsorship amount and payment-verification status are visible to you and administrators; the payment reference is visible only to administrators. The Malaysian payment QR is shown only to signed-in Malaysia-based applicants who have agreed to the amount. Overseas payment instructions are still being arranged. After manual payment verification and review, the name and dedication are displayed publicly on a plaque. Dedications and supporter names are also published through the administrator. Do not submit private information without permission.
Voluntary support and private practice notes
Sign in before offering voluntary support. The payment QR is shown only to signed-in members and is clearly labelled as accepting MYR only. Your display name, aspiration, dedication, reported amount, payment date and transaction reference are first stored in a private review queue, visible to you and administrators. After receipt is verified and the submission is approved, only your consented display name and a brief dedication are published. Payment amounts, transaction references and contact details never appear on the public supporter walls. The administrative ledger records the amount actually received and keeps currency totals separate. Private prayers, aspirations and dedications are shown only in your own member centre and are never published automatically. To request a correction or deletion, contact buddhist3d@gmail.com.
Payment receipts
You may upload a JPG, PNG or PDF payment receipt for a voluntary support submission or memorial-place request, up to 5 MB per file. Files are stored outside the public website and are accessible only to the submitting member and signed-in administrators for manual payment checks. They never appear on public supporter walls or memorial plaques. You can add or replace a receipt while the request is pending and payment has not been verified; earlier versions may be retained for review. Upload only the details needed for this payment, and consider concealing unrelated transactions or account balances. For corrections or deletion, contact buddhist3d@gmail.com.
Chanting records
Device counts and unsent recitations are stored in your browser. New recorded recitations sync to a shared server total; old device-only history is not automatically uploaded. Anonymous device activity estimates recent participation, not an exact number of people. Clearing browser data can erase unsent records.
Data and security
Pending applications can be withdrawn from the member centre. Necessary anti-duplication, rate-limiting and security records help protect the service. Keep your password and registered email secure, and leave contact details or sensitive information out of public dedications.
Anonymous visit statistics
To improve the website and 3D world, we aggregate visit sessions, page views, time while a page is visible, broad device type, language, and successful 3D entries by page category. A random identifier lasts only for the current browser tab; analytics uses no cookies. We do not collect names, full URLs, IP addresses, or member content for this report. Only administrators can see these summaries. Records are retained for up to 90 days, and we honour the browser Do Not Track setting. Sessions are not an exact count of people.
Browser preferences
The site saves your language preference and local practice records. Audio is started by you; some browsers restrict autoplay. Loading time for 3D content depends on your connection and device.
Event submissions and posters
Organisation-submitted titles, dates, venues, organisers, descriptions, links and posters are public and labelled as unverified submissions. Contact email addresses are visible only to administrators for corrections and necessary contact; no marketing messages are sent automatically. Uploaded images are re-encoded to remove metadata. Executable files are not accepted. A hashed network identifier limits submissions; rate-limit identifiers expire after two days and duplicate-submission identifiers after seven days. Administrators can hide or restore listings. For corrections, withdrawal or deletion, contact buddhist3d@gmail.com.
Wish cards, kindness and campaign statistics
Card contents are composed in your browser. Saving does not upload them; you choose the receiving app when sharing. Daily kindness stores only the latest marked date on this device. Campaign statistics accept only predefined source categories and actions, never query strings, prayer text, names or IP addresses. A random device identifier is stored locally for up to 30 days; the server keeps only hashed identifiers, dates, language and event categories for up to 90 days. Returning-device estimates do not identify people or count precise persons. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
